NewTek doesn’t allow just anyone to sell their products. NewTek doesn’t use a dealer network, they use the distribution model. A distribution company is an authorized dealer for multiple manufactures and Newtek approves them to sell their products. Since AMPD is a dealer for the distribution company, that gives us access to all that distributions companies manufactures. However, NewTek, along with some other manufacturers, don’t let just anyone sell their products through distribution. In this case, NewTek supplies classes for the re-seller to take and once they pass the classes then they allow that re-seller to sell their products.
